Subletting a beautiful two bedroom lower level suite in a Victorian house. Situated on a gorgeous road, close to Roncesvalles and Queen West. Heated floors, medium sized rooms and very large open space living room. Terrace outside for gardening. Washer & Dryer. Great for one or two people, as my boyfriend and I are using the second room as an office studio (could be converted to a bedroom though). It is $1250/ month.
