Cosmic ChrisC
Dr. Hux, you probably know about this already, huh?...so I'm posting this for all other Bob Weir fans: On March 23, Hybrid will release Weir Here, a two-disc career retrospective for Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir. The first album will cull material from Weir's solo projects while the second will be comprised of concert recordings. Five of the tracks were previously unreleased. These are: Estimated Prophet (taken from the Grateful Dead's March 21, 1990 performance in Hamilton, Ontario); Hell in a Bucket (taken from the Grateful Dead's October 12, 1989 performance in E. Rutherford, New Jersey); Me & Bobby McGee (taken from one of the Grateful Dead's March 1972 performances in New York City); Man Smart, Woman Smarter (taken from the Grateful Dead's July 1989 performance in Orchard Park, NY); and a cover of Bob Dylan's Masters of War (taken from a Ratdog rehearsal).
