Then if it is and its not too big,you right click on the picture get the URL and then got to your profile. Once there you go to the select avatar option,a window will pop open. Maximize it. Then at the bottom of that window you'll see a spot to enter the URL,paste the URL in there and hit the button (set URL),then at the top hit select this avatar. Once that window closes at the bottom of the page you'll see the "update profile" button,hit that and then post in a thread and your avatar should be there.
