yes it sucks that government can abuse it's power to the benifit of it's players and friends. the reality is there isn't a government in the world that doesn't do that, some are better at hiding then others. in canada they call in 'sponsership', in the usa they call it a 'war fund'.

Normally, i don't vote liberal but i will vote them again and again to keep out the conservatives.

From Steven Bochco Productions comes an innovative take on the modern rock and roll tour drama. The lead character, former Phish frontman Trey ANastasio, was blinded in a shootout when his partner, Mike Gordon failed to cover for him. He could have retired with a full pension after Coventry, but instead fought to remain on the job, determined to prove he still has what it takes and be an asset. Now, following his reinstatement, he is touring the country with a group of hacks where he intends to hose down masses of dirty hippies with the help of his guide dog, Marley.

On his first day back on the tour, he meets bandmates Jenn Hartswick (Chins Galore) and TONY MARKELLIS (Fat Tony), both hardboiled New York fatties. Hartswick is especially skeptical at the outset, bent on humiliating Anastasio and seeing him miss when they attempt the sex bump. In addition, there's Jon Fishman (the fish), a Homicidal drummer who's been working with Gordon and Anastasio for eighteen years on a serial touring case.

Though all the detectives are impressed by Anastasio's heroism, demonstrated during the copius amounts of meth ingested that led to his being blinded, they are angry he has returned and incredulous at his belief that he can still shred the Languodoc and carry a loaded guitar. Mike Gordon in particular has reservations, which are compounded by the knowledge of Anastasio's past affair with some brianless wook. As a result, when Lieutenant Sands (Brad Tool Sands) - who reluctantly agreed to give Anastasio a chance to prove himself - partners him with Gordon, he's furious.

Trey's wife, Mrs. Anastasio (Mrs. A) has stuck by him throughout his debilitating addiction and supports him in his many moments of need. However she has doubts about their marriage based on Trey's past infidelities, and begins to question why she stays, noting his tendency to take her and his fans for granted.

The series is created by Steven Bochco, Nicholas Wootton and Matt Olmstead who, with Bill Clark and John Badham, also serve as executive producers. Blind Justice is produced by Steven Bochco Productions in association with Paramount Network Television for ABC.
