[color:"green"] THE CHAMELEON PROJECT is a professional drum & bass/jazz/dub quartet.

We have our own indie CD, we-site, fan-base, repitoire, rehersal space and solid business plan.

We need a bass player (20-30) who has some jazz background and is comfortable playing drum & bass, jungle, dub and techno feels as well. We rehearsh twice a week in downtown T.O. and have upcoming shows.

Our influences include: Charlie Parker, John Coletrane, Roni Size, The Grateful Dead, Little Feat, Phish, Soundtribe Sector 9, Particle, King Tubby, Lee Scratch Perry, Lou Donaldson, Grant Green, Congo Natty, Amon Tobin, Squarepusher, Steely Dan, LTJ Bukem.

-A knowledge and farmiliarity of dub/reggae and electronic music.

-An ability to improvise.

-Positive atitude.
