thanks buddy, it does say on the back of the bill that if I was not a canadian citizen I would have been paying a thousand.

My non-Canadian ex was visiting about 5 years ago and had a serious reaction to a bee-sting. 911 was called and not only did an ambulance arrive, but also a fully loaded fire truck showed up first. He had no travel insurance and we were almost an hour away from the hospital. The total bill for the emergency room, doctors, nurses, blood tests, medication, and ambulance was less than $400. I thought it was a pretty good deal then, and now I'm thinkin' someone misplaced a decimal.

Hey Schwa! They don't take reservations. You can either try telling them you're meeting the Canadian biker chick at site 99 and see what they say (it's pretty relaxed) or do as the Captain suggests. Check out the NLQP site for a rough map of the camping sites. Site 99 is just inside an area that they open up last so you might have to park and walk a wee bit...but worth it not to be 'asses to elbows' in the 'war zone'.

Thank you for the Birthday wishes! Mr. Tonin and I once again celebrated our birthdays with Mr. Lesh. Hours of dancing to awesome music on a beautiful sunny day in Rochester at an incredible venue and surrounded by wonderful friends! The day ended with Schwa winning the head stand competitions in the hotel room! Life is good!
