    oh absolutely. But in my defence, I'm kind of a shallow opinionated prick who would rather shoot from the hip than be consistent.

  3. I haven't had too much trouble finding it. It really should be found in most non-budget oriented food chains (ie Sobey's, Fortinos, Zehr's).

    check wherever they sell tofu products.

    otherwise it SHOULD be a staple at any health food store.

    I don't love seitan but slather it in teriyaki sauce and put in a stirfry and it's good enough.

  4. Our friend came and brought a TV while he's staying here, and it drives me nuts that it all the sudden became the focal point of our living room. Before there was other stuff like art and nature to look at, now the TV rules the room it seems like it..

    I just hate TV..

    Most TV's these days come with an on/off switch, even in North Carolina.
