What we did last year was leave on wensday nite. and do the 12 13 hours all at nite, so u get there at 5 - 6 on thursday morning. WHen the gates open at 8, it will only take u an hour to get to in.My first 2 years it took 12+ hours to get in, so get there early!!!

AS a newbie u want to make a big "S" pattern down the hill. We r talking the whole width of the hill if possable. All turning is, is trasfering of your body weight from one side to the other. If your on your heal edge (your back is facing down the hill) Slowly easy off on your heal edge, but still stay on that edge ! AS u easy off the edge, the nose of the board will start to point down hill. At this point shift your body weight to the toe edge . Once again do it slowly, when your weight is on the toe edge your board will turn in that direction in till Your now going in the opposite direction, a 180 turn. DO this slowly!!! Dont go stright down the hill the whole time like u see the pros doing, thats much to fast for a newbie. Go left make your turn, then go right horazontaly down the hill. Oh and bend your legs and as u make your turn strighten them out. When the nose is pointing down the hill your legs should almost be stright, then when u shift your weight bend them again. Hope this helps, but its kind of hard to tell someone how to do it , its much easier to show people how to do it.

last year it rained like crazy on the first day and was frezzing cold the rest of the weekend. But............... it was one of the best festivels i went too. The 1 hour reboob was nutz! moe. always ripps it a little harder at moe.down, plus its not that far and u can't beat the price. This fest is a must for any moe.ron, i say y'all go!!!

wow 2 canadian bands at moe.down again!! I think its awsome that moe has been putting canadian acts on their bill. It did great things for nero last year. This year its grand theft bus and Burt Neilson Band. It should be a good one this year. Is anyone planing on going?
