  1. I wouldn't plaque either - not because of the value, but because over time and moves everything I've done that way got chewed ears a little.

At pscychedlic shoppe (google it) they do frames that don't use glass - its a sealant overtomp. Well they don't do them, they get it done that way. I have a few of those and like them. Maybe not if you're investing, but if you're just enjoying...

  2. Depends on what you're looking for too -

I would recommend Chubb. They are the most expensive, but also the most hassle free, from my experience anyways.

Whoever you used to be with might be a good starting point too. If you were a good customer you may be able to convince them to give you credit for being insured longer - whereas a new company may just look at you as a brand new policy because you haven't been insured in Canada for a while (I presume)

  3. True Story: Willie Nelson at teh Air Canada tent or whatever they call it. 8th row and drunk - honkey tonk style. I'm dancing away having a good time with a good friend from the islands. The guys behind gives us that "sit down" treatment. Luckily I can't hear (because I don't want to and I'm drunk enough to not care that I'm the only one dancing, and my friend is the only other one standing).

Next the guy makes some type of "broke-back mountain comment". Well that doesn't fly on the island, so about 30 seconds to a minute later, after a stern talking to by my friend, the guy and his wife left.

After that a bunch of girls (or at least one) came and danced with me. Good times!

You can dance if you want to!

  4. Had to go to Omemee for work today. Low and behold, what do I see, but the Neil Young museum! I totally forgot why I'd heard of Omemee before.

Anyways, not sure its been talked about here. It was pretty cool. Some neat stuff. Not just Neil. Some cool surporises. The bluegrass section has Jerry's banjo! (no drums, I looked).

Sarturday/Sundays only. And maybe good weather months only. If you're at all in the neighbourhood I'd say its worth a check out.
