I've got like 13 people on my list but it appears none have completed the offer? How long does it take to show up on my page whether people completed it or not? Any help would be much appreciated.

You gotta teach kids what they like, doesn't mean you have to like it. As long as it gets them into playing music it can't be bad.

I teach guitar and bass for a living heres a couple ideas anyways. Definetly get a basic idea of the popular tunes among the age group you will be dealing with. If it's kids you're best to go with:

Ac/Dc!!!

Green Day

(including look-a-likes ie. Good Charlotte etc.)

Led Zeppelin

Basic Hendrix

(EEEKKK!) Avril Lavigne for the girls.

Iron man/Smoke on the Water (obviously!)

12 bar blues concepts

Minor pentatonic box scales

But definetly ask at your first meeting if the students have any song/band favourites. Some kids don't, so be prepared for that as well. Good luck

Unless you have lived over there or know firsthand the situations that are constantly causing turmoil it is, in my opinion nearly impossible to understand. The media is useless, biased and controlled and really gives no solid facts that help anybody to get what is happening. Underneath everything is an agenda that few know (Including me).

Haven't heard the band but the name is interesting. Illuminated ones, very bold.
