Everest was actually really good at the Calgary show. It made it worth getting there a little early to get a good spot on the floor. Thank god the eastern tour will not have to suffer through Death Cab for Cutie. The setlist is pretty much the same as the western leg of the tour and it ROCKS! Friends went to 7 shows out west saying that it got better every night. It's gonna be a great show, Day in the Life closer....WOW!

Not the American Dream...lovin' these guys right now a lot....great tunes all round. That country soul, smart lyrics and those keys...man, in my head, and on the ipod playlist for days now!

Zeitgest Movie

Do the Roo...our crew flies outta Calgary tomorrow night and fun in the sun (hopefully) from there on in. This is my 4th and everyone elses 1st so it'll be fun touring everyone around. No room for wimps...I'm there to see as much live music and "culture" as I can....WAAHOOO!

Got my Bonnaroo ticket delivered today and I'm STOKED! 9 days and counting...Do the Roo!!!

Wow, wow, wow!! What a GREAT fugging show....the sound at GM Place was incredible, the band was strong and they ROCKED. Wow! Looking forward to the Roo even more after lastnight. I'm hoping itcan only get better from here on in. Anyone who was able to get tickets is in for a treat. WOW!

It's dumping snow here at the Horse again....and to think that I was riding my bike on Friday in my spring jacket and then wake up this morning with 10cm of fresh snow in town. We've got 1m of snow in the past 7 days. I fuggin' love spring skiing!

the security guards didn't have keys for the cuffs, and after putting them on as tight as they would go; couldn't release them...I had bruises for a week. The Palm Springs cops were really decent about the whole thing and let me go...I then went and bought another $7 US beer and rocked on...good times

I went last year and said that I would never go back after being handcuffed and kicked out for peeing behind some trees way out of sight (not out of sight from some loser security gaurd)because there was no bathrooms and HUGE lineups. I snuck back in using the old diabetes story, then once Tool was over they funneled all 30,000 people through one exit...it was really scary. The shows all rocked!! Eagles of Death Metal wailed!! We flew into Palm Springs and rented a sweet house for cheap near the polo grounds. I think I'm buying my ticket for this year tomorrow!!

I was at this festival and caught this set...It was fun!! The video on the screens that went along with the set was awesome to watch once yer legs got to sore to boogie...looking forward to to the Golden exodus to Coachella again this year....

Kicking Horse is known for it's dry champagne powder...we have more snow already this year (not even December yet!!) then we did in Febuary last year....gawd I love El Nino years!
