  1. Why did you take that picture down? It was so cute, Douglas! HONESTLY! The front doesn't look bad at all - just get the back cut into a bevel/bob... it'll look really cute!

Way back when I originally asked for the dye/cut I have now, this dude that worked there turned my hair into the biggest clusterfuck I have ever seen. I went back to the salon the next day, told the owner (who is an AMAZING hairstylist - but too expensive) that "THIS" (pointing to my head) was going to represent her salon. So she changed it and it looked great. And she didn't charge me.

I would go back and get your money back if you don't like it. I highly doubt it's what you asked for, so you shouldn't have to pay for it. Kinda like, if you were at a restaurant and ordered a burger and they gave you fish & chips... you wouldn't be expected to pay for that, right?

  2. When I was a little kid, our neighbour's son was a drug addict (they also had a really scary dog, and I was always scared it would eat my dog… but that’s another story) Anyways, we lived in a townhouse and one night this kid snuck out of his bathroom window, crawled across the roof of the veranda (which attached to our bathroom window) and climbed into our home. My mom woke up, wrestled this kid into the bathroom, knocked him out and held the door shut while she yelled at me to get her the phone. (This, I remember very well) Luckily this kid was pretty doped up, and didn't try to escape - but I mean, really, he was the NEIGHBOUR! So it probably wouldn't have been hard to find him if he had escaped. ANYWAYS, the cops came, took him away and that was that.

I don't really have a point or anything to argue. All this talk about break-ins and drug addicts just made me remember all this so I thought I’d share the story. I haven't thought about it in years. I guess it's BACK TO THEROPY for me… THANKS A LOT GUYS! just kidding. Honestly though, I don't think anyone really knows how they'll react in a situation until it actually happens.

Oh! I know what my point was... my mom is SUPER WOMAN!!! YEAH!

    the end

  3. don't laugh, but Tom Jones puts on one of the best live shows I have ever seen! this is not a joke! even though I laughed at the idea of going when my mom offered me the ticket I am soo glad I went! He is obviously a veteran to the stage and a man that can afford a kick ass band. If you ever get a chance this is something I think all self proclaimed music lovers should see.

No kidding, eh? His dance moves alone were a sight to see... when he lunges, points and thrusts... alright! I had a great time at his show... he's a classic performer.

  4. I agree, but some people have their perfect job that does define them, not define who they are as a human being, but defines their passions and love...

and on that note, I'm a Fantasia Consultant.... but most of you already knew that (wink wink, buzz buzz). I meet the most interesting people and hear the strangest stories, I love it.

And here's a tip... something I've learned over the years... Watch out for the quiet ones, they have the dirtiest little secrets.

  5. Christ almighty they have now played the two ween songs that i've wanted to see live but never have. If we get a Homo Rainbow/Booze Me Up combo i'm going to jazz everywhere. Beware.

If they play both...I'll let you jazz on me! :P

Is this where the term Jazz Hands came from??

Been wanting to see these guys for awhile, now's my chance! Didn't think they'd come to town so soon. I think I may have to dance my freaking ass off!

Only $13.50 for the tickets (plus $100,000.00 in ticketbastard service charges!) Not bad!
