They got together for a practice, then they recorded their first album which won a Juno. One Practice then a record! and a juno, then 2 studio albums and a live album on maximum jazz records and their first major label release came out a little while ago on universal. I think scofield plays on it. I really want it but I also really want to go to the ottawa show with sonny rollins and I heard ravi coltrane is playing that day too so if you miss that one you're really really stupid. if you go to activebass.com chris tarry(metalwood's bassist) posts lessons and reviews.
