bONES
Last DSO tour, we had the good fortune of having the Zen Tricksters open 5 of the shows. I am listening to their new cd as I write and am reminded how talented and GREAT they are! For those of you who don't know, since Rob left, the Tricksters are now a three piece...Klyph on the bass, and Jeff and Tom on acoustic guitars. We had lots of fun jammin' in the dressing room in Boulder one afternoon, when the boys informed me that they had been up to T.O. in the past and had a less than smooth experience at the Comfort Zone. However, they did tell me about their new friendship with the Cation Jam gang and said they'd love to come back north...another "come together fest" consideration?? Jeff Matson does early Jerry so well...we heard, The Eleven, Golden Road, Mason's Children and lots of other old school DEAD:) They rock and are really kind guys.
