TimmyB
On this day in 1940 Herbie Hancock was born. I saw him perform once for free during an autograph session at the HMV Superstore in Toronto in 1998. At the time he was promoting his "Gershwin's World" record that had guests like Chick Corea, Joni Mitchell, Wayne Shorter, Stevie Wonder and many more. To all of those who will be attending Hancock's show at Massey Hall on the 17th of April don't forget to wish him a Happy Birthday from the crowd, since it will only be five days late. TimmyB
I would be attending Steve but there are just too many shows that I'll be buying tickets for in the upcoming weeks, Clapton (twice), Van Halen, and I am waiting on Phish. So Herbie will have to be missed. I figured though that you would be there my friend.
