I heard a rumour that Steve (the old Wassabi drummer) is the new drummer for Chameleon Project... Is this true? Last I heard he was farming ginseng in BC... I'd love to see him playing again, he's one of my favorite CanJam drummers ever...

While interesting this rumor is totally false. The drummer for the Chameleon Project has always been and is Tyrone Caissie. A kick ass jazz drummer from Toronto, who listens to a lot of jungle, and plays those breaks.

Yes I understand that ther is and will probably be some confusion with the band Chameleon out of Victoria Bc and the Chameleon Project out of Toronto.

The two bands are entirely unrelated and when I formed the Chameleon Project in 2002 I had no idea that Chameleon in Victoria even existed.

What type of music does Chameleon play?
