Guest Low Roller
Not good...US Supreme Court has decided that file sharing companies like Morpheus and Grokster are responsible for what users share using their software. In other news, cigarette companies and gun manufacturers are still not responsible for the adverse health effects that using their products may cause. bouche
It's good for the people that get to make all of the money off of filesharing lawsuits, cigarettes and guns. You just have to look at it right.
Freeker
It took them 2-3 years to get this case settled and in that time technology has changed (ie bit torrent) I mean does anyone even use Morpheus anymore, let alone Grokster? The American gov't has absolutley no clue on how to fight this...And now back to my DVD quality copy of the new Batman, catch me if you can. Guest Low Roller
Cup half-empty or cup forced to conform to half-full plus taxes? I guess that's the rhetorical question in this case.
