Only 1 block from the Osgoode subway and very close to everything.The place is a 3 beadroom, w/living room, patio, kitchen and bath. Also right in the entertainment district and near every cool clothing and record shop in town.The rent is $470 a month plus utlities, phone, cable, internet etc... which brings the total to roughly $540 month depending on what you want.[color:red]First and last is requiredOnly sane, reasonable, responsible people need apply. Do you have any proclivities that may make others uncomfortable? Please list your Top 5 favourite bands--that way, people will know if they will be compatible with you or not. Boxers? Briefs? Thong? Commando?
