It's bizarre to me to think that one day Arcade Fire is playing for 5000 at Hillside and literally the next they're in Chicago playing the Tweeter Centre parking lot for 40,000.

Pretty good article, but the author had trouble describing The International Noise Conspiracy's sound and style. They have substance and political angst - something that doesn't gel with a Hives comparison.

I love the Arcade Fire CD. I listened to it for the first time while driving back from Kingston last Thursday night. This band is a major talent.
