Well today is the deadline to file for arbitration, so it'll be interesting to see what goes down today.

Here is a good article that gives an overview of the bigger names left in the unrestricted free-agent pool. It's probably the best way to start your day.

After a crazy beginning to the free-agent period, things seem to have cooled down significantly. We're gonna need something else to talk about in this forum soon enough... I know, Goalie Survivor!

Well my title did falsly suggest that this would be a salary arbitration thread, but I'll jump on the "to hell with Booche and his new Aug. 10th thread" bandwagon.
