Diggzz Posted August 26, 2005 Report Posted August 26, 2005 It's on this weekend on Front by the St' Lawrence Market. I was down there at lunch and caught a really sweet group from Halifax called Squid. (http://www.tastysquid.com/) They call themselves a precision drum group, it was 5 guys, 4 on various drums or percussion instruments (I don't know the proper terms, marching band drums and shiznit though) and a guy on bagpipes. It was really good, i think they are on again tonight at 7:30. Good food down there as well (The steak from the Equadorian booth was fantastic).
Large Marge Posted August 26, 2005 Report Posted August 26, 2005 Thanks for the tip Diggzz; I hope to get down there with the nephews at some point.Cheers!
