The other is Information Technology Support Specialist (Desktop) in the IT section.Program assistant job salary is $37,015 to $44,722. The IT job salary is $45,029 to $55,721.There's also an Administrative Assistant job opening at the National Gallery of Canada. Job is listed on this web site - click here. Finally, a guy I know who works for the City of Ottawa Fine Art Collection is looking for people to work part-time. He is looking for a Technician and an Administrative Assistant to work about 2 -3 days a week for him. The technician would need to be experienced in moving and installing art and be able to work independently. The Administrative Assistant would be responsible for tracking photographs of art works as they go out for scanning and then entering the scans into the City’s database. Cosmic ChrisC
Crap...they want you to be bilingual....hmmmm...I'm going to apply anyway!Yeah, I know! Do apply anyway! For the Council job, I don't know the person you're supposed to send the application to...she's fairly new. But other people who may be on the hiring committee might know me. On the application form you need to fill out, there's an area where you indicate how you've heard about the position...put a checkmark beside "Canada Council employee" and write my name beside that (Christine Couture). You never know...that might help.
