this is a tightly kept secret. It's one that not even Myrna knows. According to her, she just puts "a bunch of stuff in a large pot".

I have a spaghetti sauce documentation session planned for sometime in the near future. Myrna will be here and I will write down all of the things that wind up in the pot. The only difference for veggie, i believe is to leave out the meat and add veggies. Although, I think it would work extremely well by subbing in textured ground soy for the meat. That stuff really does wonders.
