It appears, however, that some side-effects of a toke, such as "the munchies", can cause people to do things that truly endanger their health...Police nab cake thief after chaseTuesday, October 18, 2005A 20-year-old man who allegedly stole a truck transporting cakes was arrested Tuesday morning in Lanaudière after a police chase. At about 4 a.m., an employee who was transporting Vachon cakes to a dépanneur in St. Julienne discovered his truck was stolen. The police were called and they spotted the vehicle within mintues. A pursuit ensued when the truck thief refused to stop.During the chase, cakes spilled out of the back of the truck because its door was open. The falling cakes impeded the pursuing patrol cars. If someone could write (script?) this up in videogame form for, say, "Grand Theft Auto" ("Hey! Vachon!
