Hal Johnson Posted November 9, 2005 Report Share Posted November 9, 2005 Mayhaps this is a sweeping cultural generalization but...I used to work at a Summer Camp for Toronto's extremely wealthy kids. We'd also have kids shipped in from Venezuela, Mexico, and places as such. Camp co-ordinator dude fed us this line that one of the main reasons the South and Central American kids were sent here for prolonged periods of the summer was because once out of boarding school for two months, they were susceptible to kidnappings. I thought he was exxagerating for his own silly reasons, but the more I learn about it, the more it seems that it might be true. This also reminds me of Alex Mogilny's run in with the Russian Mob. It makes sense, I guess, that rich people from poor places are often targets for Drug Cartels and the like. Wierd.So I guess Im trying to say that Ugueth Urbina is a Drug Cartel.
