How do I get my resume from Microsoft Word to my hotmail account so I can send it to this online application thing?

Please don't use big computer words because I'm stupid.

Do you just want the stuff from the resume in the body of the e-mail, or do you want to attach the file?

I need the resume to be the body

In Word, hold down the "Ctrl" (Control) key, and press the letter "a". This selects All the stuff from the resume.

Then press the "Ctrl" key while you hold down the letter "c". This Copies the selected stuff to the clipboard. Open up a new e-mail, and, in the body of the e-mail, press the "Ctrl" key again while you press down the the "v" key. This should place all the resume's content in the e-mail. Some formatting gets a bit messed up, so you should go over it.
