Willy, Reggae doesn't like you either.

If you like Afrobeat though, don't even think of missing Ultra Magnus. Seriously high energy band with plenty of originals as well as some Fela classics.

I'd love to be there but I have a wedding to attend that night. I may try to stop by later in the night but if I do I will be overdressed and soused.

Any discount if I show up at 1:30am to catch a little bit?

Yes, you got that right. Or, right if you were trying to summarize my opinion. Is that what you were doing? I'm sorry, is it difficult to understand someone that doesn't appreciate reggae but really enjoys afrobeat? Seems understandable to me. Care to have a pint of Creemore at the West Town and discuss further? :D

FEBRUARY 11TH DOORS OPEN 7:00PM

On February 11th, at the newly renovated Sky Dragon Centre, join us in our efforts to bring Mayday closer to financial sustainability. The night will be filled with the musical talents of local musicians, dj's and drinks.

El Chapeau

Hunter Eves

Neil Haverty

Squirrel Cage

and the Gramsci Collective.

This party will also mark the departure of Mayday editor Matt Jelly as he prepares to pilot his backyard-made rocket directly into the sun.
