PHISH STAR TAKES OVER RADIO

TREY ANASTASIO

Former PHISH star TREY ANASTASIO is set to host a satellite radio marathon - the rocker will DJ on Sirius Satellite Radio for 18 consecutive hours on Tuesday (03OCT06) to promote his new album BAR 17, which is released on the same day. It'll mark the second time Anastasio has taken over the airwaves - the first 'Trey Day' took place last November (05).

he will choose all the music, premiere some of his new songs, and perform acoustic versions of some of them as well. The whole marathon broadcast will air on Sirius' Jam On channel.

The artist also promises to air never-before-heard early versions of Phish tracks, some of which were recorded in 1985 in his father's living room. He will be joined at times during the segment by his two daughters, Eliza and Isabella.
