zero
Dude two thoughts. First off BECOME A CORPORATION. If only we could walk on our credit card debt as easily....Seriously though I just finished an article moments ago on where supports for arts and culture fits into the municipal election. Basically these sort of groups do all the culture leg work for the city, the city reaps the benefits of rent, taxes, economic spin off for the area, actual dollars into hospitality, branding of the city as a vital destination and often they can only access scant grants.
