There was a link at the top pointing to this recipe with actual SPAM. Feel free to do the same. Posted January 5, 2007 Report Share Posted January 5, 2007 Seal Head1.Skin the seal. 2.Cut the head from the seal. 3.Cut the head into as small pieces as you can. 4.Put into a pot of water, add salt. 5.Boil plenty. When cooked, eat the meat.
