Seal Head

1.Skin the seal.

2.Cut the head from the seal.

3.Cut the head into as small pieces as you can.

4.Put into a pot of water, add salt.

5.Boil plenty.

When cooked, eat the meat. Break the skull and eat the inside of it, too.
