Ross
Anyone else going? Those who are still considering - I have an email from the House of Blues that's offering 2 for 1 tickets to this event. Let me know if you're interested and I'll forward the email to you. With that said, it certainly sounds like this event is far from sold out.. Ross

Ross
Rob - I sent the email to you. For others, this link might work - http://www.hob.com/special_offers/24tu/listing.asp?v_region=brcoYou'll need to create a House of Blues account if you don't have one already. What's the story on Rose Hill Drive.. They're a band I'm quite fond of though have yet to see live (which is why I'm pretty psyched for Saturday) - here's their home page:RoseHillDrive.com Here's some of their music that I've posted on my site (yep, shameless self promotion)Rose Hill Drive | MP3s Rose Hill Drive (again) | MP3s

Cully
RHD is the shit! They are one of the best bands I have seen in a long, long time. Have fun!!!
Ross
Well for those who give a rats ass, it was awesome. They played Showdown, Cool Cody, Look On Yonder Wall, Raise Your Hands and Faeries Wear Boots, among others. At the peak there were less than 40 people on the floor, maybe 200 ppl in total. Dismal. I'll never understand why Wolfmother sells out the PNE Forum and Rose Hill Drive draws so few. Oh well. Oh, and this was my first show at Richards On Richards - which I totally give a thumbs up as far as venue's are concerned. The sound was excellent (and loud as hell). Not a bad view in the entire place.
SaggyBalls
wolfmother v. rose hill drive - I'd presume that it's because the tracks on their website sound thin.I was making music of my own on saturday. glad you had a good time. Ross
RHD and Wolfmother share very heavy and obvious Zeppelin and Sabbath influences. Both are 3 pieces. Both rock.
