Jaimoe
I've been on a few boards chatting with some big Leon fans and the majority say that the Leon boys still play a 60-75 minute set. I was underwhelmed by their last album, but have heard good things about the new one.
NewRider
The new one is A LOT more mature sounding. Except that cheese ass gospel tune! I'm really hoping they learn how to play a REAL ROCK SHOW before they hit Toronto. Not like a Toronto crowd will care, as long as they can hit up the water cooler the next day and say "so I saw Kings of Leon last night...". Bullshit! Jaimoe
I saw Kings of Leon on their first-ever gig in T.O. four ago at Lee's Palace. The were on a bill with... gulp... Jet. Anyway, Leon played a good set, but it barely scratched the 50 minute mark.
NewRider
Back then they didn't have that much material. I wouldn't be SHOCKED if they played a 75 - 90 minute set but I'm hoping it'll be longer then that. The new album is the longest album they've made thus far! Jaimoe
They don't jam or change-up their songs live, so I'd be shocked if they played longer than 90 minutes.
NewRider
yeah I knew they didn't jam or change up their tunes show to show... dang! I really hope they play a longer set or at least charge less money then MOST bands!
