Tell my new friends in Paper Airplanes (from Wichita, Kansas) that Aaron says hello...they're young guys, first time in Canada, and they're in love with our country after three days. I played on the bill with them Wednesday night at Casbah. Last night I happened to be in Toronto and caught them playing to a sold-out Sneaky Dee's. Great band. Very indie, but poppy with progressive tendencies. Great players. Youngest guy is 17. His mom, Deb, is on the tour with them. Real, real nice folks who don't want to leave our country now that they're here.Rock Plaza Central was also great both nights, I'm sure they'll kill it tonight.
