does anyone know how i can get in on it? i argued with those bastards at rogers on many occasions about their stupid system access fees and they told me that it was a gov't required fee. i need my revenge...

I would call Tony Merchant in Saskatchewan, however, the action may only be regarding Rogers subscribes in Saskatchewan so far. (Maybe not, though. The article doesn't say which jurisdiction this action is commenced in, and it could be a federal court action. If not, it's possible that several firms in different jurisdictions might start similar class-actions, and work together, and in such a case this lawyer would still be your best contact.)

I think the action may have only been certified in Saskatchewan at this point, though. It doesn't mean you can't get in on it, but that will be the first hurdle counsel will have to get over in the Ontario courts to move the matter forward. (The fact it was certified in Saskatchewan, though, is a good sign it'll be certified here, too.)

You know you're looking at collecting a pittance at the end of the day, though, right? The only big payday will be to the lawfirm running the matter (if successful).

i dont' care if i only get 5 bucks... the bigger the pain felt by the providers the better (the gouging bastards)... they have certainly put me through enough pain in my life...
