Please Help! Greenbelt start/stop venues for cycle-tour event?

I have a second interview for my dream job tomorrow and I'm freaking out!!! I could potentially be planning a multi-day "Tour de Greenbelt" cycling event next summer and am trying to think up some dazzling ideas to wow the sponsors at tomorrow's interview.

Specifically, I'm looking for any must-see cycling routes, or interesting morning kick-off and evening wind-down event venues. Places such as Plan B Organic Farm, or something at Lakeside Park in St. Catherine's. Here's a map of the Greenbelt, if you're not sure if your town's included:

And Marge were you down there with friends last summer, but got lost on a small side street not far from there? I was having lunch with my grandma who lives in that dead end. I couldn't believe I saw you, if it was you.

umm... in hamilton there is the Peir 4 park..it's very pretty!! There is also the bruce trail that runs from hamilton to Niagra.. you could talk about that
