ollie
Finally tried this place out last night, went for dinner with my mom, Christine and my brother.Wow, what an awesome restaurant. This is pretty close to my ideal restaurant -- quality, real, gourmet food with informed service in a totally casual, come as you are atmosphere.Place was busy and noisy, so be forewarned about that, and a little pricey but if the quality is this good on every visit then totally worth splurging on once in a while.I had a tender, delicious beef filet with blue cheese mash potatoes and green beans. I also sampled the goose and tuna mains and they were great too. Gourmet ice cream for dessert was out of this world good.Beer selection is super, with not one fake micro on the draft list.I also enjoyed my seat facing the kitchen which gave me lots to look at.Highly recommended. rubberdinghy
Years ago that place used to be a dive called "the B Ranch" During highschool we would get drunk and shoot stick there. We would also go to breakfast. Got it free once for helping them lug kegs up the stairs. It was scary. Edited January 13, 2008 by Guest
