bouche
I downloaded an ISO that is 14 gigs. How in the hell do you split up an ISO file? Do I actually need an HDDVD or BluRay to pull off this burn?
mattm
Does it need to be bootable? Is it a movie or some sort of program? If it's a movie then it's in an HD format so you'll need HD decoders to watch it.Either way, you want Daemon Tools (google it). Mount the image and it will appear as if it's a cd/dvd drive and then you can extract whatever files you want...Be forwarned, though, Daemon tools and the other cd/dvd emulators might not be cool enough yet to emulate blu-ray or HD-DVD drives so you might be out of luck without the burner for that type of ISO (the iso will be specific to HD-DVD or Blu-ray so you'll probably need that kind of burner if a drive emulator won't work). Also, no clue what happens if you have a mac but I believe mac can just mount ISO images so you should be able to extract the files that way.
