d_rawk
One of them is at the Elm, which is closer, so more attractive to me. But which, in your estimation, is the better show to see?

AD
i don't know the warped 45s, never heard of them. i've been listening to by divine right since 95 so i'm definitely going to mavericks.not really a fair comparison from me.

thomson
I've heard both bands recently and my recommendation is BDR.I have never seen them live but I have the Warped 45s' latest album and it is fine. I'd go on in more detail but the disc never made it's way into frequent rotation so I'm not all that familiar with it (which says something right there one could argue).I went to the By Divine Right CD release in December and really liked their current sound. Less heavy than when I last saw them four-or-so years ago. Also I remember remarking that Jose Contrera's vocals sounded like Jeff Tweedy on a handful of the songs if that appeals.I should confess a bias that the new drummer from BDR is from Orangeville but I'm confident that all rooting-for-the-home-team aside I'd be heading to Mavericks.
