d_rawk
Trying very hard to reserve my usual grumbling about the 'low fat' recommendations, which I think rather villanous even if unintentionally so (I think we should just totally stop referring to dietary fats as "fat" because it seems to trigger all sorts of bizarre, emotional and visceral reactions .. let's just go back to 'lipids' or something. 'You need healthy fats for proper brain and nervous system development and hey, they'll also help keep you fit and slim' causes cognitive dissonance with people and they can't seem to get past the word), those were pretty cool. I wonder if Sesame Street couldn't be used as a sort of bellweather of cultural shifts in general. Hmm, guess I didn't do a good job of keeping my grumbling in check after all. Go figure.
