A number of years ago we stayed at this place a couple of times:

Great site, cottages, decks, gazeebos, bbqs, pool, etc.

Walking distance to the show too.

They used to have minimum night stays, but I just quickly checked online and it seems you can pull off a one nighter at the time of the Phish show.

Did you try making a reservation online? Just curious. They may be trying to "deflect" some phishy people

I called earlier. He said no dice.

I decided to try the on-line reservation and it went through, but it said that someone would contact me to confirm.

I don't have much hope, but my fingers are crossed.

we are at the turf and spa closer to downtown than spac however they did not jack up the rates to a stupid amount and i have heard that it's clean.

i have no idea if they still have vacancy.

you may be looking at downtown or ballston spa by this point...perhaps but not necessarily so.
