Marcust99
Seriously. I'm amazed that it's sold out. They must've really restricted the size or something... Edited April 17, 2012 by Guest
AD
I'm guessing the number of tix sold is substantially less than you think....
Marcust99
Well I can only speculate that they'd play there since TO is a big Radiohead market and they could sell a ton of tickets and that place is basically unlimited. Remember when SARS-Stock was there they had like 350K people in there.
TheGoodRev
The setup they use for concerts now is different than Sarstock, they use a different part of the park. I would bet the area they use only holds more than Molson Amp, but not by a ton. Molson with full lawn is 17,000 - I bet the configuration they use now holds in the neighbourhood of 25,000.Edit to add: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Downsview_Park"The Tragically Hip performed to a crowd of approx. 30,000 on Canada Day 2011."So there ya go.
