onthejourney
so this show is advertised in the Hamilton Spec as being $5 at the door or a canned good for the food bank. I thought this show was free??? and I thought that any donations were going to the folks in Ottawa??? so does anyone know what the real deal is here? U.F.Production
Free entry with a non perishable food item or a $5 suggested donation. ALL CASH DONATION WILL GO TO ARE FRIENDS IN OTTAWA. ALL CANNED FOOD DONATION WILL GO TO A LOCAL FOOD BANK.
secondtube
That five dollars, which is voluntary, goes to our friends in Ottawa.... If you put in any money at the door (which everyone should), it will be going to the Ottawa folk. Hopefully that clarifies things.
onthejourney
thanks...i now understand. I thought food donations would be going to them as well.
U.F.Production
that was the plan at first. but at this point i don't think they need food donations, and it would be very costly to ship box's of canned good up to ottawa. i recamend that everyone make a cash donation.
