Weirdness Posted March 14, 2004 Report Share Posted March 14, 2004 Here is your meatstick my friend: So the story goes, when Mr. Trey and Tom Marshall were holed up in a hotel room somewhere(Philly rings a bell but I can't really remember), they went into the bar fridge for a snack and out came the "meatstick" which henceforth turned itself into the song. I've always thought about it in a much more sexual way myself but supposedly that's the real deal. One way or the other, if you think TOO much about Phish and try and really GET IT, you'll miss the point all together.
