I don't want anything losless because it's just for listening in my headphones at work. I listened to the Ice Cream Truck show last night and I can't get it out of my head!! Must hear The Slip NOW!!! We recently got XP at work, and there's a lot of things I can no longer do...like stream music, download applications. But I can still download and listen to MP3s. So hooray!!
