bokonon Posted March 18, 2005 Report Share Posted March 18, 2005 why isn't my battery charging on my laptop? do i have to shut down or what? i don't get it. i've had this thing for over a year and never bothered with the battery, i always just plug it in wherever i go. i know i have 0% battery power and i can't figure out how to charge it. i've got an ibm thinkpad 390e (yes it's ancient) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What I meant was the thingy you plug into a battery to charge it. I know the question sounded dumb but I was just trying to get the obvious solutions out of the way befere I dazzle everybody with my computer know-how.
