I didn't get tickets yet but I have a camp site at the Wildhorse. They have free shuttles to and from the venue, grass, hot showers, food (and good food at that). The shuttle makes it though! Its only a mile or two from the venue.The sites are all booked but if I don't get tickets this week I'll be looking to unload mine! Keep it in mind...its a Thur, Fri, Sat camp reservation. phorbesie Posted March 25, 2009 Report Share Posted March 25, 2009 (edited) i would never stay in a hotel at the gorge, i love the campground. it gets really WINDY and cold at night (and blazing in day), but it's one of my favourite "wandering late night" campgrounds on tour. i'm looking forward to it BRING SHADE fyi i haven't been to gorge since 99 but it used to be 20$ per night to camp. so it might be like 30 now, who knows.
