After talking about Qaddafi's (dizzying and over-long) speech, and Ahmadinejad's, which everybody (including Canada) walked out from, they ran Harper's, without shifting context. Only once it was done did they point out that Harper was speaking from Oakville, and not New York. Yet it still made more sense, on the surface, than what either Qaddafi or Ahmadinejad had to say, even if it had been intended for a UN audience .
