Friends, Family and Fans, Bobby is currently in a center getting the much needed rest and treatment he needs to improve his current situation. Please feel free to leave comments of love and support and they will be passed along. Like everyone we hope he is feeling better in time for the May 9th show in Napa, but more importantly we all hope his health improves for many years to come.

Furthur have announced that they will not perform Napa Valley, CA’s BottleRock on Thursday, May 9. A statement on Bob Weir ‘s website has confirmed the following:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Furthur regretfully will be unable to appear as scheduled at BottleRock Napa Valley on Thursday, May 9. Grateful Dead & Furthur Co-Founder Bob Weir, is unable to perform in any capacity for the next several weeks. Bob looks forward to resuming his “Weir Here†broadcasts from TRI Studios in mid to late June and performing his Solo acoustic shows June 26-30. Furthur featuring Phil Lesh & Bob Weir look forward to returning to the road as scheduled on July 11 in Brooklyn for their Summer tour, which carries them through early October on the West Coast.
