We went through one phase where there would be crying in the crib, but if you went in the room they would stop. So, you go in to get them to stop. Then, after a couple of minutes you move a couple of feet away and sit down. They can still see you in the room so they are comforted, however you don't make eye contact. Then after a few more minutes you move a bit further away and still don't make eye contact. Eventually you're at the door and they have totally calmed themselves down, or are asleep. Sounds weird, but it did work for us during one of those 'phases.' Also, getting rid of a nap during the day helps with sleep schedules at night (if they are ready for it.) And for fun: Be prepared for driving through a tunnel for the first time

All wrong Boochie. I head up the biggest TML fan club in this city. We meet every other night and twice on the weekends. We've had to hold some extra late emergency meetings this week though and i'm kinda tired. With the acquisition of Elisha Cuthbert's boyfriend and Jiggy, we've had to ramp up parade planning for the inevitable cup win this year! As for the paper bags, we needed to protest the team's management. It's because of that decisions were made at head office to shake up the team. Burke personally called to thank us for our efforts. Damn! I recall an interview with him last year. I think it was from his house in Florida or something. They mentioned his cancer and he had obviously lost a chunk of weight. He didn't seem too optimistic at the time. Totally sucks. Sad to hear it has now progressed to this level So Sad. Cancer sucks.

If you have something to record the little one crying do it. Then play it back for them. There's something about babies hearing their own cry that puzzles them and makes them stop!!! You can also try crying yourself (which has probably already happened due to frustration). I understand your frustration Hang in there Bob.
