  1. to me sunday is looking pretty sweet...considering by sunday... i just need to chillout and not stress. have a 12 pack of beer handy and just enjoy the summer sun.

    sunday will look somthing like this:

    Orchestra Baobab->YONDER-> ALISON KRAUSS-> get the hell out of the dust invested hell hole.

  3. i saw them live at the mod club, and it was by far the worst show i've ever scene. totally dead, uninspired run throughs of songs.

    i liked the album Oracular Spectacular for a little while, and then it all got old.

    i'm filing these guys under seasonal trend.

    i don't know if anyone else was lucky enough to check out the SOMTHIN ELSE stage... but it is absolutley amazing.

    we caught Ravi Coltrane Quintet late night.

    you have to wait in line... but walking into a full out jazz club with tables, artwork, red lamp shades, and waitresses serving beer..... was one of the coolest acid trips of my life.

  5. wow. puts all the dives in the city to shame.

    by far the best sound and lighting.

    totally fair prices

    and an amazing atmosphere.

    hopefully promoters start booking bands. so much better than places like the elmo, rivoli and other holes.

    and to the jerks that are going to say "welcome to five months ago" or whatever other shit about it being open for 5 months now.

    suck a dick.
